I spoke to Norman Castillo this morning, and he gave me the idea of coming up with a blog for the Tuesday Dinner Group (TDG). I told him I was not too keen on the idea of coming up with a blog since I knew most of the owners of the restaurants we usually visit. But since the comments will not come from me, it sort of gave me the will to push through with creating a blog. I've always been a "transparent" person, and having a blog by the group will give our readers a clear and objective view of the various restaurants we visit.....
Just to clarify, we will rate and comment each restaurant the same way you would. Meaning, we don't get any free food, no extra special service compared to the other patrons, and are not paid in any way or from to come up with this blog. We all pay for our own food. KKB style.
